Wheels and Meriton at Farms For City Children Wick Court

20 March - Following the handover of the Community Vehicle on Friday 13 March David, Jerry and 9 students from the Meriton visited Farms For City Children Wick Court.  They had a fabulous day and David commented in a thank you email to Heather "Thank you for a lovely morning on Eclipse Day last week.  We really appreciated the effort you and John put in to making our visit such fun.  The girls loved feeding the animals and cuddling the new lambs (as did I!)  The food was DEEEEELICIOUS and please thank all of your Kitchen staff again for spoiling us rotten".

Heather replied "We had a great morning too - so interesting to meet them a few years on and hear what they remembered.  The van is brilliant, Dan at Treginnis is dying to get his hands on it - but it will be invaluable here while ours is being pampered with you. Thank you SO much for getting back in touch and helping us out again.  We love what you do too - it seems a perfect match/sequel/follow on to us, as those girls so brilliantly demonstrated".

The course had been supported by monies from the Big Lottery Reaching Communities Fund and Equitable Charitable Trust.
