BSKC Prep News

Our British Schools Karting Championship (BSKC) Prep Programme is even more popular this academic year and has again attracted sponsorship from BBC Children in Need.

A total of 13 students were referred onto this course from 2 organisations based in South Bristol - The Bridge Learning Campus and BEC.

These students completed our Kick Start Karting course in term 1 and this term have been attending weekly practice sessions at TeamSport in Avonmouth.   As a result, lap times have improved significantly and there has also been a significant drop in the number of yellow and black flags issued by the Marshals.

They will be taking part in the first official BSKC practice session on 7 February 2013.  Good luck to them all!

Students from Churchill Academy, who have just completed 2 terms with Wheels (CV and Kick Start+ Moped Programmes) are also hoping to enter teams for the BSKC.
